Conceived and written by Samuel O. Ludescher, the debut 198,000 word manuscript was completed on September 8, 2023 and is presently in edit. Alongside it, the companion saga — Picaro, the Boy Who Sailed with Wolves — charts Picaro's origins across the Myriad Isles.
This archive is the ledger of that world: characters, factions, places, and the laws of magic that bind them.

How the Story Came About
This story saved my life. It saw me through my darkest depression—acting as a bright, makeshift world to retreat to while my own was crumbling around me. It lingered in the back of my mind for nearly a decade as sparse notes in marble-covered notebooks, never losing a single detail, until it finally came to light.

A massive Green Bay Packers fan who grew up playing soccer. Enjoys fast-paced, high-energy sports (strictly avoiding standing around like baseball or golf). Active engagement in combat sports directly serves as the core inspiration for the raw, visceral fighting scenes in the books.
